Is there a minimum contract length?
No. We recommend a 3-month minimum to see meaningful results, but there are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can scale up, scale down, or pause at the start of any billing cycle.
Can I choose which topics you write about?
Absolutely. We pitch topics based on keyword research, competitive gaps, and AI citation opportunities — but you approve every topic on the editorial calendar before we write. You can also request specific topics or themes at any time.
How do you track citation performance?
We use tools like Otterly.AI to monitor how often and where your content appears in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. You receive a monthly report showing citation frequency, platform breakdown, and trends over time.
Do you publish directly to our CMS?
By default, we deliver content in Google Docs with schema markup as separate JSON-LD ready to paste into your CMS. If you’d like us to publish directly to WordPress, HubSpot, or another CMS, we can arrange that as part of your program setup.
